3 local trainers, one awesome event. Picture this: A killer workout set to all the good beats by top local DJs, a grounding yoga flow, and a cold beverage shared with an awesome group of individuals.

About Lift & Flow

Lift & Flow is a dynamic workout and yoga experience hosted at local breweries around the Okanagan. This isn't just about breaking a sweat – it's about coming together as a community, supporting local and connecting with like-minded individuals. Our sessions are designed to be safe, inclusive, and challenging, catering to both fitness enthusiasts and beginners.

Brittney Zaharichuk (Zahar Fitness) Ashton Koutsantonis (Train with Ashton) Tayler Sawchuk (Lightwork Wellness)

What to Expect

  • Warm-Up: We kick off with a 10 minute mobility session to get your muscles ready.

  • Workout: This is followed by a 45 minute strength workout using weights and bands.

  • Yoga Flow: We finish with a 20 minute yoga flow to cool down and stretch out.

We cap it off with a refreshing drink and snacks at some of Kelowna's coolest breweries like Red Bird Brewing, Vice & Virtue, and our next event at Railside Brewing.

Get ready to lift, flow, and celebrate Pride with us on Saturday, June 1st! 🏋️‍♀️🌈 This isn't just about breaking a sweat – it's about coming together and supporting the LGBT2Q+ community.

Experience a dynamic 75-minute session that begins with a mobility warm-up, moves into a high-energy workout, and finishes with a grounding yoga flow. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast, a beginner, or simply looking to connect with others, this event is for you.

All bodies and all abilities are welcome. After the workout, stick around to hang out and enjoy some delicious pizza and beverages (*optional).

By donation: Your contributions will go directly toward supporting LGBTQ+ organizations in our community. A minimum donation of $10 is kindly suggested for participation.

What to Bring:

Outdoor runners
Water Bottle
Yoga Mat (if you don’t have one, bring a thick towel!)
Sunscreen (workout will be outside, so prepare for variable weather conditions)
