The program is delivered through Trainerize, a user-friendly app featuring video and written descriptions of exercises, perfect for tracking your progress.

Welcome to our Small Group Training sessions, designed for groups of 2-3. Enjoy the benefits of personal attention while splitting the cost with friends, all within a fun and supportive team atmosphere.
