Hey there, welcome to our community—a place where fitness isn't just about working out, it's about connecting through movement and pushing each other to be our best selves. I'm pumped you're here. I'm Ashton Koutsantonis, born and raised right here in Kelowna, and I'm the driving force behind Train with Ashton. My passion for fitness ignited over a decade ago when I discovered the world of group fitness at my local gym in Victoria, BC. Since then, I've immersed myself in various disciplines, from spin classes to yoga, CrossFit, boxing, and boot camps. I've coached fitness for 6 years and have I've honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of what it takes to help others thrive.
My approach to fitness is grounded in compassion and sustainability. I believe in building ourselves up from the inside out, focussing on both mental and physical well-being. As a plant-based athlete, you'll often find me sharing high-protein plant-based recipes and insights into the power of holistic nutrition.
Beyond the gym, I'm deeply involved in our vibrant community. I am dedicated to creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels welcome and supported. Through Train with Ashton, I strive to extend that sense of belonging to each and every client, creating a supportive environment where we celebrate each other's victories and get stronger together.
