Get ready to lift, flow, and celebrate Pride with us on Saturday, June 1st! ποΈββοΈπ This isn't just about breaking a sweat β it's about coming together and supporting the LGBT2Q+ community. Experience a dynamic 75-minute session that begins with a mobility warm-up, moves into a high-energy workout, and finishes with a grounding yoga flow. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast, a beginner, or simply looking to connect with others, this event is for you. All bodies and all abilities are welcome. After the workout, stick around to hang out and enjoy some delicious pizza and beverages (*optional).
By donation: Your contributions will go directly toward supporting LGBTQ+ organizations in our community. A minimum donation of $10 is kindly suggested for participation.
